OfficeForm
Designed for the way you work.
OfficeForm is a South African office furniture brand built to make professional seating easier to browse, customise and order online, while supporting businesses with larger workspace requirements.

The OfficeForm wordmark was kept clean and uncomplicated to reflect the brand’s practical approach to workplace design. The typography feels professional without becoming overly corporate, allowing the identity to work across the website, product imagery, quotations, social media and B2B communication.
The name itself also does a lot of the work: Office + Form connects the functional side of a workspace with the way it is designed and shaped.

Introducing OfficeForm
OfficeForm launched with a simple social teaser designed to introduce the brand and its core promise: a more straightforward way to shop for office chairs online in South Africa. The restrained messaging helped build early recognition while keeping the focus on the product and brand identity.

Campaign
OfficeForm’s first social campaign focused on education rather than direct selling. The four-part series introduced three practical considerations when choosing an office chair: back support, seat comfort and adjustability. By combining useful guidance with strong product imagery, the campaign helped position OfficeForm as a brand that understands how people work, not just what they sit on.

Lifestyle imagery
Lifestyle imagery helps move OfficeForm beyond a traditional product catalogue by showing the furniture in the spaces it was designed for. Rather than seeing an office chair in isolation, customers can picture how it might look and feel within a real workspace. It also gives the social channels a more aspirational, design-led feel while keeping the product at the centre of the content.

The OfficeForm website was built to make buying office furniture online in South Africa feel simple and considered. Customers can browse the ranges, choose fabrics and finishes, and place an order without needing a quote or a showroom visit, while larger businesses can still reach out for bulk workspace requirements.
